I guess if Adam “Pacman” Jones can get away with it, why can’t Kendrick Perkins?
Â
NBA star, Kendrick Perkins of the Oklahoma City Thunder was arrested Thursday after allegedly punching a woman in the face outside of a nightclub in July. According to officials, the 28-year old basketball player and his brother-in-law, Quincy Alpough were outside Nox nightclub in Houston, Texas when it all went down.
Â
Allegedly, Perkins and Alpough got into an altercation with a woman named Mikeeta Cotton. She’s claiming that she was driving her car in front of the club and got into a fender bender with Quincy Alpough‘s female cousin. Cotton claims the woman attacked her and then Quincy quickly joined in, pushing and yelling at Cotton.
Mikeeta Cotton then claims that Kendrick Perkins also joined in and punched her brother in the head. She then alleges he smacked her in the face with a closed fist. A third person is claiming that Alpough elbowed her in the throat which then knocked her unconscious. After cops investigated the incident, they determined there was enough evidence to charge Kendrick Perkins with misdemeanor assault. He was released on $1,000 bond.
