According to reports, soccer star, Cristiano Ronaldo has just welcomed twins to his family.
Back in March, it was reported that Ronaldo would be the father of twins very soon, though the superstar never confirmed the rumors. Now, Portuguese TV channel SIC, Â says that the babies, a boy and a girl named Mateo and Eva, have been born via surrogate and will be joining their older brother, Cristiano Jr., very soon.
Like much of Ronaldo’s personal life, details surrounding the new babies are being kept quiet. Reportedly the mother of the twins currently resides on the west coast in the United States. The twins will be flown to meet their father very soon.
There were rumors surrounding Ronaldo’s first son, six-year-old Cristiano Jr. It was said that he was also born via two surrogate moms from Mexico. One mom supplied the egg, the other carried the baby. Of course, Renaldo has never opened up about these claims, but he did sue a publication for printing the story about his alleged son’s birth, citing that they intruded into his private life.
Cristiano Ronaldo is currently dating 23-year-old Georgina Rodriguez. There were rumors that she was pregnant after photos of what appeared to be a baby bump appeared online. Rodriguez attempted to debunk those rumors by posting a bikini-clad video on Instagram.
At this point, Cristiano Ronaldo is so private that we may never know if he has twins or who their mother is. Maybe it’s for the best.
