A judge has finally ruled in favor of Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kim Zolciak in a law suit that has been spanned over a number of years.
Just to recap, back in 2009 Kandi helped Kim write and produced Kim’s first hit song, “Tardy For The Party” and ever since working with each other there has been questions of profits and credit. Kandi hired attorney and fellow RHOA star Phaedra Parks to represent her. Kim filed her own legal docs saying that Kandi was only suing her to drum up publicity for her own reality show, “The Kandi Factory”.
Long story short, due to a technicality involving federal court jurisdiction, the judge has ruled in Kim’s favor. Case dismissed!
