Talk about de ja vu. Back in 2011 we wrote a blog about someone threatening to leak a sextape of him and Draya. Back then Draya addressed it on her Twitter page saying that she and the guy involved were the only ones with the tape and luckily it never came out. Now nearly 3 years to the day, she’s having to face this alleged tape again.
Draya was messing around with a man named David Miranda from January 2011 to September 2013, according to TMZ, and now he’s filed court docs over a sex tape he and the reality tv star filmed together. Here’s where things get weird. Apparently the 2011 sex tape has found it’s way into the wrong hands and is being shopped around. Draya’s sextape co-star filed a suit in NY small claims court for loss of private documents (the private documents being the tape).
Someone uploaded it to Youtube and of course its gone now but below is the supposed screen shot from the tape. Doesn’t really tell us much but who knows. What I want to know is what she was doing banging this dude in 2013 when she was with Orlando, though? Hopefully TMZ got that part wrong.
