Tekashi 6ix9ine may soon see his assets auctioned off to cover a $10 million judgment in favor of a stripper who alleges the rapper injured her with a champagne bottle. As per documents obtained by TMZ, a receiver has been authorized to oversee and potentially sell assets like Tekashi’s Rolls-Royce and Florida home to fulfill the $9.825 million owed.
The judgment was awarded in July to dancer Alexis Salaberrios, following her lawsuit filed over two years ago. The lawsuit, which remains unpaid, led to the appointment of a receiver with extensive authority, including the ability to break locks for property access.
TMZ initially reported the lawsuit, filed by Alexis in 2021, after the incident at Gold Rush Cabaret in Miami. According to her lawyer, Tekashi intended to hit another person for insulting him but accidentally struck Alexis, resulting in significant injuries that required emergency medical attention and staples.
Tekashi’s lawyer, Lance Lazzaro, has dismissed the allegations, describing them as an extortion attempt against his client.
