Terrell Owens gets into a heated argument with a neighbor who called the police on him.
On Wednesday, the former NFL player recorded his interaction with a “Karen.” The incident allegedly occurred when the woman accused T.O. of driving recklessly, nearly hitting her with his car, and then getting out of his ride to intimidate her. The woman even alleged Owens was behind on various Homeowners Association payments.
Owens denied the claims and says he only got out of the vehicle because she was screaming profanities at him. In the 11-minute video, the woman is heard screaming, “But you didn’t have to get out of your f*cking car!”
Owens responded, “You didn’t have to talk to me that way, either! Karen!”
The woman then shouted, “You’re a Black man approaching a white woman!”
Off camera, another woman seemingly came over to Owens’s defense. The woman confirmed that Owens did not almost hit the woman, and he wasn’t speeding through the neighborhood.
Moments later, after the police arrived, the woman broke down in tears. Owens accused her of faking to hype up the situation to the authorities.
An officer attempted to deescalate the situation. Owens and the woman were separated, and no arrests were made.
