Many of you may know Lee Thompson Young for his work on TNT’s “Rizzoli & Isles”. Many of you may know him for “Friday Night Lights,” “The Famous Jett Jackson” or the countless other films and television shows he appeared in. Today it is being reported that the 29 year old actor was found dead in his home from what authorities believe to be a self-inflicted gun shot wound.
Lee didn’t show up for work this morning on his TNT show “Rizzoli & Isles” and staffers called the landlord of his L.A. home to check up on the actor. When the landlord opened the door, he discovered Lee Thompson Young‘s body.
I was a fan of his Jett Jackson character and went on to catch him here and there on various other movies and shows. It’s extremely sad to hear of his passing. You never truly know or understand what someone is going through. Depression is a very real problem.
