T.I. Laughs Off Viral Hair Loss Rumors After Concert Clip Sparks Online Frenzy: “The Devil Is a Lie” [Video]

T.I. is setting the record straight after a viral video seemingly showed him with severe hair loss during a recent concert. However, the self-proclaimed King of the South says the internet got it all wrong.

During a sit-down with Yung Joc’s Streetz Morning Takeover, the rapper said he was unbothered by the clip because it simply was not factual.

“The devil is a lie,” he laughed. TIP said the first thing he did after seeing the video was go to the mirror to check the status of his locs. After being assured that there was no balding in sight, T.I. said he chose not to respond online. Instead, he let his appearance speak for itself.

“I just took my hat off and walked around,” he joked with the hosts.

The Atlanta star explained that in the age of technology, people now have the ability to edit just about anything to spread any narrative they choose to.

“You have to use discernment,” he explained.

Just as TIP has embarked on his hair journey, he has also grown his comedy career path. In his stand-up comedian era, the one-time rapper is making it clear his locs are well-maintained.
