A car accident on Interstate 5 in Northern California on Sunday ended in a roadside brawl between two drivers, that left both men dead.
According to Fox40, the altercation occurred shortly before 4 a.m., 10 miles north of downtown Sacramento, after the drivers crashed on the highway’s northbound lanes.
After the collision, the drivers drove toward the exit, parked their cars and got out to fight over the incident. However, sometime during the altercation, one of the drivers pulled out an object and beat the man to death on the freeway.
Shortly after the brawl, as the suspect made his way back to his car, he was hit by another vehicle and killed on impact. The driver of that car stayed at the scene.
Neither man was immediately identified.
