White members of a gang called CMB forcibly covered a black member’s gang tattoo with a racial slur, but none of them bothered to spellcheck.
According to the Miami Herald, Michael Hart’s neck now says, “F—k you, Niger.”
After an altercation with fellow gang members, Lucian Evans, Brandon Hayley, Brett Singleton, and Mary Elizabeth Durham attempted to discipline Hart, because he violated gang rules.
Hart told police the group showed up at his home, shut the door and demanded he go with them to cover his gang tattoo. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
He recalled Evans putting his hand on a sheathed, fixed blade knife. However, Evans later told police that Singleton had the knife. Hart said he challenged the men asking, “why can’t you cover my patch right where I’m sitting?” ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
That’s when Hart told police Hayley, and Evans then held him down while Singleton began covering his tattoo. But as Hart struggled to resist, he was knocked unconscious with an unknown object. The last thing he recalls before he blacked out was hearing one of the men say “I’ve never done this before,” and someone else replying, “It’s okay, It doesn’t matter.”
Hart claims he was in and out of consciousness due to the overall pain but when he did awake fully, “his pants were twisted and his “butt” hurt,” the arrest report stated.
Hart also describes in the report, that he was wearing blue jeans and felt something wet in his pants when he looked at his pants; he saw what he believed to be blood. Michael stated that he believed he was sodomized as well, but could not provide any more details.”
The police report also noted that the old tattoo of the gang’s patch was still visible under the new one.
