A woman broke into a dentist’s office, stole money, and then pulled 13 teeth from an anesthetized patient on two different occasions.
According to Fox 5 Atlanta, the 42-year-old woman who is not a dentist broke into a dental office she claimed she used to work at and stole $22,861 in cash and checks during the May 3 break-in.
The suspect, identified as Laurel Eich, also told detectives she performed tooth extraction surgery on an unconscious patient “on her own time.”
She was arrested Wednesday and charged with two counts of burglary, one count each of grand larceny, conspiracy to commit burglary, and performing surgery on another without a medical license.
Eich remains in custody in the Washoe County jail on a $20,000 bond.
