What happens when Denny’s has all-you-can-eat pancakes for $4 and tell you that you can’t share the delicious breakfast dish with your friends? Just ask 27 year old Natasha West of Chicago, who threw a tirade over this very rule.
The incident took place Friday at a Denny’s in Oak Lawn. According to The Smoking Gun, West was dining with friends and wanted to take advantage of the $4 pancake special. Apparently she was under the impression that she could feed the entire crew with just $4 but when the waitress explained to her that the $4 promotion was only applicable per diner, West was livid.
Oak Lawn Police Department says that West cursed at the waitress and threw several punches at the employee. Thankfully she missed.
West and her friends ended up leaving Denny’s without paying their tab. She also made it a point to kick the door several times on her way out. Denny’s workers gave police a description of the car West left in. Oak Lawn Police caught up with her, charging West with assault and damage to property.
