A 30 year old New Orleans area woman has slapped Lil Wayne with a paternity suit claiming that he is the father of her 12 year old son. She’s also seeking child support. Considering that Lil Wayne is not known to be the type to deny a child that is his, I find it hard to believe that Lil Wayne knowingly has a secret baby that he’s been hiding. I also doubt that you’d have to force Lil Wayne to pay child support because none of his children’s mothers have ever been said to have an issue in that department.
According to court documents the woman filed in Miami last month and she says the rapper (who is a father of 4) is the father of her son Dwayne Keyshawn Brown. This is the second time a paternity suit has been filed. Back in 2008, while Lil Wayne served time at Riker’s Island, the child’s grandmother got a court order for the rapper to submit to a DNA test but the judge pushed it back and insisted it wait until after he was released from prison. I guess he was released and it never happened.
Wayne has yet to respond to the lawsuit but I’m sure we will see what happens.
