A New Orleans area woman has filed a paternity suit claiming that Lil Wayne is the father of her 12 year old son, according to a report from The Jasmine Brand that cites court documents. She is also seeking child support.
The documents reportedly show the filing was made in Miami last month. The report also says a paternity claim involving the same child was raised once before, and that a request for a DNA test was previously made on the child’s behalf. The details of that earlier effort have not been confirmed.
These are claims made in a legal filing, and nothing has been proven. Lil Wayne had not publicly responded to the suit at the time of this post.
