YFN Lucci was denied bond last Tuesday, and he will remain in Fulton County jail.
The rapper was indicted on gang-related racketeering counts as well as claims of criminal murder.
This morning, Lucci took to Instagram to maintain his innocence against the RICO charges against him.
The statement read: “Thank you all for your prayers and continued support. I am still incarcerated right now but am maintaining my innocence. To all my fans who have continued to show love and support, ill have some new music and content on the way!” With the caption that said, “I appreciate all the support! #Freeme”
