Ray J Calls Dr. Cheyenne Bryant Amid “Suicidal Ideations,” She Cuts Instagram Video Short [Video]

Ray J just shared a side of himself fans don’t usually get to see, and it had nothing to do with antics or attention-seeking.

Late Monday, the singer and TV personality posted a raw, emotional video to Instagram that immediately raised red flags. In the clip, he’s walking through what appears to be a room with a bottle in hand, visibly distressed.

He starts by explaining why he reached out to Dr. Cheyenne Bryant.

“A lot of people are telling me just talk to somebody and let them know what you’re going through. So, Dr. Bryant is here, and I know y’all have seen her work and how real she keeps it,” the “One Wish” performer explained.

Ray greets her with a hug, then continues recording, adding, “Dr. Bryant about to help me right now, and you know, everybody need help.”

Dr. Bryant interrupts, asking him to stop filming and put the alcohol down so they can talk privately. But Ray J insists on keeping the camera rolling. “I’m just tryna show y’all that…” he starts, before she cuts him off again.

The video ends abruptly, leaving more questions than answers and giving fans a glimpse into something clearly deeper than what’s usually posted online. In the caption, Ray J wrote, ” I called the Doc @_drbryant. She said, ‘I’m in a crisis having suicidal ideations.’ I don’t know what that means, so now we having a session.”

Ray J may be known for the jokes and wild moments, but the moment reminded everyone he’s human too. Hopefully, the session helped, and he continues to get the support he needs.
