Longtime collaborators and cousins Snoop Dogg and Daz Dillinger are once again at odds, and this time, it’s over publishing rights tied to their work with Death Row Records. Daz claims he was removed from the label by Snoop after refusing to surrender ownership of his music.

Before Snoop fired back, Daz publicly aired his grievances on YouTube, accusing his cousin of cutting him out for standing his ground.
“They tried to go behind my back and trademark all of my work and then flaunt it in my face like, ‘We got it. That’s all we wanted because we’re gonna sell everything for a billion dollars to Universal,'” he said. Daz also pointed fingers at Snoop for being disrespectful behind closed doors and using business leverage to manipulate their relationship.
Daz added, “Me and Snoop been feuding for a little bit because the older cousin trying to punk the little cousin, but I’m not going for that s**t ’cause I beat n***as up for you. You don’t beat n***as up for me, cuz.”
Snoop didn’t hold back in his response. “I see you ain’t got s**t to do but hate on me, huh? In a minute, I’m gonna f**k you up, cuz, on some real s**t. Not physically, but business-wise ’cause you broke as a motherf**ker right now, so I’m gonna f**k you up in a minute, cuz. Leave me the f**k alone.”
Their relationship has been rocky for years. Snoop hinted at past tension in a 2013 interview, and Daz echoed those sentiments in 2023, calling out Snoop for acting like a “bully cousin.”
