More legal news is surrounding former NBA draft pick Royce White. According to court documents obtained by TMZ in early November 2013, a Minnesota woman named Ning has filed a case in Cottonwood, Minnesota, asking for child support and custody of a baby boy she says Royce fathered.
Per TMZ, Ning states in the filing that she and Royce were together in Minnesota around August 10, 2012, that she was not with anyone else in the six weeks before or after that date, and that she gave birth about nine months later. She is asking for unspecified child support and full legal and physical custody. She also asks that Royce have no parenting time.
TMZ also reports that Royce is currently without an NBA team after parting ways with the 76ers and the Rockets.
These are claims made in a court filing and nothing has been decided. We did not find a public response from Royce at the time of this report, and we will update this story if he speaks on it.
