Valentine’s Day is about to get a whole lot sweeter at Starbucks, with the coffee giant unveiling a February 2026 menu designed for love season cravings and camera ready sips.
Leading the seasonal rollout are two limited time drinks built for indulgence. The White Chocolate Strawberry Cream Cold Brew blends smooth cold brew with creamy white chocolate flavor and bright strawberry notes, finished with chocolate shavings for an extra touch of romance. Its counterpart, the Strawberry Shortcake Frappuccino, leans full dessert energy, mixing strawberry flavor with a rich, blended base before being topped with whipped cream and graham cracker flakes.
Beyond the Valentine’s exclusives, Starbucks is expanding its year round lineup with two new matcha drinks that also feel right on theme. The Iced Double Berry Matcha layers fruity sweetness with earthy matcha and marks the permanent return of raspberry syrup, a long requested fan favorite. The Iced Banana Bread Matcha offers a cozier option, combining baked flavor notes with creamy matcha for a softer sip.
The bakery case is also getting a glow up for February. New treats include the Berry Blondie, Strawberry Matcha Loaf, Cookie Croissant Swirl, Dubai Chocolate Bite, Yuzu Citrus Blossom, and Chocolate Pistachio Loaf, all designed to pair effortlessly with the new drinks.
Whether customers are planning a coffee date, a solo treat, or just chasing something pink and sweet, Starbucks’ Valentine’s Day menu is clearly aiming to deliver both flavor and feel good moments.
