The legal battle between Houston Texans running back Arian Foster and a woman named Brittany continues, and now there is a new development. According to Click2Houston, Brittany says she has given birth to a baby boy.
Brittany, a University of Houston student, previously filed a paternity lawsuit claiming Arian is the father of her child and alleging he pressured her to end the pregnancy. Click2Houston reports she shared news of the birth on Twitter, writing about a 24 hour labor and saying her baby boy had arrived.
Arian, who is married with two children, has denied her claims. He filed a defamation suit against her, and he has said he has recordings that show he did not pressure her to end the pregnancy. His side has not commented on the birth. Brittany’s attorney has also declined to comment because of a gag order from the judge, and both sides are expected back in court.
