Charleston White is facing another criminal case after authorities booked the controversial internet personality in Texas on two drug possession allegations over the weekend.
The latest Charleston White arrest occurred October 4 in Tarrant County. White was booked for possession of less than one gram of a controlled substance in Penalty Group 2 and possession of less than two ounces of marijuana. His listed bonds were $1,500 and $500, respectively.
Authorities have not publicly identified the substance connected to the Penalty Group 2 allegation or explained what led officers to encounter White before his arrest. Under the Texas Health and Safety Code, possession of less than one gram of a Penalty Group 2 controlled substance is classified as a state jail felony. White has not been convicted in connection with the new allegations and is presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
The new case comes less than a month after White’s previous arrest, this time in Florida. According to TMZ, Hollywood police arrested White on September 12 before he was booked into the Broward County Jail on a misdemeanor Touch or Strike/Battery charge. Jail records initially showed a $0 bond while the case awaited judicial review.
After that Charleston White arrest, a woman using the Instagram account @realkaypretty publicly accused him of physical and emotional abuse. White disputed the accusation. His representative later told TMZ that White was “violently attacked by the plaintiff” and said the encounter left him with a bloody nose. Public reporting has not established that the woman’s social media allegations are the basis of the criminal charge.
Before Florida, White had already been arrested in Texas in August. Collin County booking information lists him as being booked August 9 on allegations of driving a motor vehicle without a license, possession of less than two ounces of marijuana, and unlawfully carrying a weapon. The listed bonds totaled $8,430.30. White posted bond and was released.
That August Charleston White arrest was not his first high-profile legal situation. He was booked in the Fort Worth area in February 2025 on two aggravated assault with a deadly weapon charges. White later publicly claimed he had been cleared. An October 2024 booking involved animal cruelty and aggravated assault allegations. White denied wrongdoing connected to the animal cruelty accusation.
Outside the courtroom, White has remained a regular source of online controversy. While criticizing Blueface and Chrisean Rock’s parenting, White suggested they should “donate the baby to science” or place their son with a “loving white family.” He also described the child as “mute like the TV” and said someone should “find the remote and turn him on.”
Those comments drew backlash, but White’s legal problems have increasingly competed with his online commentary for attention. The October booking now represents his third publicly documented arrest since August, spanning cases in Collin County, Broward County, and Tarrant County, as authorities have yet to disclose what specifically led to his newest Texas case.
