Tammie Grant wants everyone to know she is not pregnant by Stevie J.
The ex wife of former NBA point guard Gary Grant reached out to Baller Alert to set the record straight after rumors spread that she was expecting a baby with the Love & Hip Hop Atlanta star. “I am not pregnant with Stevie J’s baby,” she wrote. “There are rumors being said that just are not true.”
She did confirm that she and Stevie were close at one point and were seeing each other. But she denied ever giving him money, and she says he did not break up her marriage, because she and Gary had already been separated for two years when she met Stevie. She says she decided to distance herself from Stevie and the scandals that come with him. “I only have kind things to say about him and fond memories,” she wrote. “I wish him and his beautiful children all the luck.”
Meanwhile, in New York, the Love & Hip Hop Atlanta cast held a press event before taping the reunion show, and K. Michelle came ready.
Asked what she got out of the show, K. Michelle said she joined to tell her story, the same one she had been telling long before the cameras showed up, and that people only started caring once it was on TV. She said she never named names. Then she aimed a message at Toya Wright, who has stood by her husband Memphitz, the man K. Michelle has accused of abusing her.
“If you wasn’t in that room, you need to shut the [expletive] up,” K. Michelle said. She added that if she doesn’t come for you, you shouldn’t come for her, because her story is her story. She told Toya she could ride or die for her man, “but don’t be riding for a cause that you don’t know [expletive] about.”
K. Michelle has a point that Toya wasn’t there. But Memphitz is Toya’s husband, so she was always going to stand by him. This reunion is about to get messy.
