Tyreek Hill custody records are the newest demand from his estranged wife, Keeta Vaccaro, who is asking for proof of how much time he has spent with his 10 children, according to court documents.
The documents show Keeta wants Tyreek’s legal team to hand over any parenting plans or schedules he currently has in place. TMZ reports she also listed the kinds of records she expects to see: travel receipts, flight itineraries, hotel or short-term rental confirmations, calendars, agendas, and instructions sent to his assistant.
She is asking for anything that reflects the time Tyreek had with any of the 10 children from May 6, 2026, to now. The request is part of discovery, the stage of a court case where each side has to give the other relevant documents.
The request follows a mixed verdict in the civil battery trial that was part of the divorce. A Miami jury found Tyreek liable on two counts of battery and not liable on the eight remaining claims, which AP reports included battery, assault, and continuing domestic violence. The jury awarded Keeta $500,000 in compensatory damages and declined to award punitive damages. Jurors deliberated for nearly four hours after a weeklong trial, and the verdict was read on Tuesday, October 13.
The two findings against Tyreek stem from separate incidents, one in January 2024 and one in April 2025. Keeta told jurors Tyreek grabbed a necklace off her neck, put his hands around her neck, and grabbed and twisted her breasts. The jury found him liable for that incident. Her lawyers also played nanny-camera video from April 2025 in which the couple can be heard yelling and cursing at each other, and Keeta can be heard pleading with him to stop. The jury found him liable for battery in that event too.
Tyreek took the stand and mostly denied what he called false allegations. He acknowledged shoving Keeta during one incident and said he created a hole in the wall.
The fight has been public for more than a year. Keeta filed for divorce in April 2025. Her mother, Alesia Vaccaro, had told a 911 dispatcher on April 7 that she was afraid of Tyreek, and officers responded to the couple’s condo in Sunny Isles Beach. Local 10 reported that police decided not to arrest him. Filings from Keeta’s attorneys at the time claimed Tyreek had listed the condo for sale, taken her car, and threatened to take their daughter.
In May, TMZ reported that Keeta was seeking to subpoena records from police departments and the NFL connected to past investigations into allegations against Tyreek. Tyreek denied wrongdoing and claimed any actions were done in self-defense, and he did not face criminal charges over those accusations.
An NFL spokesperson told ESPN that Keeta’s allegations remain under review of the personal conduct policy.
