A web design company has filed a lawsuit against Ye’s fashion brand Yeezy, accusing the company of failing to pay for completed services tied to a six-figure contract.
According to court filings, Ryanso, LLC alleges it entered into an agreement with Yeezy in January 2025 to provide web design services totaling $150,000. The company claims the work was completed by October 2025 and an invoice was submitted shortly afterward, but payment never arrived. The dispute now adds another legal issue to the growing list of business complications surrounding the Yeezy brand. Ryanso claims it attempted to resolve the issue before taking legal action. The company alleges it sent Yeezy a written demand in March warning that a lawsuit would follow if the balance remained unpaid. After two months without payment, Ryanso officially moved forward with the case.
In the lawsuit, the company accuses Yeezy of breach of contract and unjust enrichment while seeking the original $150,000 payment along with attorneys’ fees and additional legal expenses. Neither Ye nor Yeezy has publicly responded to the claims at this time.
The lawsuit lands during another turbulent chapter for Ye and his business ventures. Yeezy’s public image suffered major financial fallout following Ye’s widely criticized antisemitic remarks, which led to the collapse of the brand’s partnership with Adidas. More recently, the rapper has attempted to repair his image publicly, though criticism surrounding his past comments continues to follow him.
The latest legal filing now raises new questions about the current state of Yeezy’s operations and ongoing business relationships.
