The custody drama between Robin Thicke and Paula Patton is far from over. In fact, it may have just hit a new low.
On Thursday, both Robin and Paula went to court to each ask for sole custody of their 6 year old son, Julian. Neither got exactly what they were looking for, however.
At Paula’s request, the judge issued Thicke a domestic violence restraining order, prohibiting him from going near his ex-wife and son until further notice. In turn, Thicke claims that Patton intentionally tries to alienate their son from him. The L.A. County Dept. of Children and Family Services is now investigating her for emotional abuse.
According to reports, Paula’s domestic violence claims stem from the incident over a week ago where Robin came to Paula’s home to retrieve their son for a scheduled visit. Allegedly when Paula would not let Robin in, he began banging on the door. Robin denies these claims.
It seems like things between Robin and Paula are only going to get worse before they get better.
