According to Us Weekly, Kardashian is reportedly considering having more children as her relationship with the Formula 1 star becomes increasingly serious. The outlet reported on August 18 that multiple insiders close to the couple believe their romance has reached a different level after months of spending time together.
“They are really in love. Kim may want to have more kids with Lewis,” an insider close to the couple told Us Weekly. “They just get each other; they get each other’s quirks. She is really happy with him.”
That possibility would represent a major new chapter for Kardashian, who already has four children and previously indicated that she believed her family was complete. It would also mark a first for Hamilton, who does not have any publicly known children.
Kardashian and Hamilton have not personally announced plans to have a baby. For now, the baby conversation comes from unnamed sources speaking about the couple. Still, their relationship has become considerably more public. Kardashian shared photos from an August tropical vacation that included Hamilton along with members of her family. Her children Chicago, Saint, and Psalm appeared in images from the getaway, while Khloé Kardashian and her children were also part of the trip.
The family dynamic appears to matter in the relationship. According to Us Weekly, Hamilton has already spent considerable time around Kardashian’s children, including during a summer trip to Idaho. The outlet reported that an insider described the time together as a “very special week” and said Kardashian appreciated how Hamilton interacted with her kids.
Another source told Us Weekly, “All of their friends and family are so happy that they are so happy together. … They are both really driven and being on the same page about that definitely helps.”
For anyone keeping track of the Kardashian family, Kim is already raising two daughters and two sons with her former husband, Kanye West, now known as Ye. North West, born June 15, 2013, is 13 years old. Saint West, born December 5, 2015, is 10. Chicago West, born January 15, 2018, is 8, while the youngest, Psalm West, born May 9, 2019, is 7. Kardashian and West’s divorce was finalized in November 2022, according to the outlet.

According to Us Weekly, insiders say the couple has been balancing those demands by making use of Hamilton’s available downtime.
“They’re making the relationship work even when they have to be long-distance. Whenever Lewis has downtime, he’ll stay with Kim in Los Angeles. When they’re together, they love keeping things low-key and spending time at home.”

Kardashian’s August vacation posts showed Hamilton alongside her family, while an earlier source said that Kardashian is selective about who spends time with her children and that allowing Hamilton into that circle reflected significant trust.
Whether that eventually becomes a fifth child for Kardashian and a first child for Hamilton remains unconfirmed, but the latest reporting places family planning squarely inside the conversation surrounding one of 2026’s most closely watched celebrity relationships.
