Nevaeh Akira spent the third birthday of Chrisean Rock’s son calling the toddler ugly and disabled, then described her own baby as cute and able.

Chrisean gave birth to him on Instagram Live in 2023, and the boy has been public property ever since. He was born on a livestream. He has been argued over on livestreams his entire life. He has never had a say in any of it.
Nevaeh is Blueface’s girlfriend and the mother of his youngest child, a son she delivered on August 19. That makes the comparison she drew a comparison between two babies who share a father.This is not the first time Chrisean Rock’s son has been the target. Three weeks ago, Nevaeh called Chrisean a “baby disabler” on a livestream with Blueface, who laughed at it. Blueface’s mother, Karlissa Saffold Harvey, has said publicly that the child has several disabilities and blamed Chrisean for causing them. NLE Choppa made comments about the boy during a dispute with Blueface. Blueface himself referred to his son as a dumb baby in a song and made jokes about the child’s hair, which Chrisean called cyberbullying.
What is actually established about the child’s development is thin, and all of it comes from the people arguing about him. Chrisean has said her son does not have a disability, that he is developing at his own pace and hitting his milestones on his own timing. She has also said she does not accept medical diagnoses, telling “The Danza Project” she is protecting a revelation she heard from the Lord over her son. Blueface told VladTV there is no disability, that the boy can see, stand, and move, that he is mobile and agile, and that he does not talk. He said the only medical issue was a hernia affecting the child’s mobility that has since been corrected.
No diagnosis has ever been made public by anyone in this family. So the disabled part of what Nevaeh said is not something she can back up. It is an insult built on three years of speculation about a child whose own parents cannot agree on the basics.
Chrisean has been consistent about where she stands. After NLE Choppa’s comments, she said she texted him that speaking negatively over a child is serious in God’s eyes, and asked him to take any issue up with Blueface instead of putting it on a two-year-old. She has said she is her son’s protector and the one who speaks for him because he cannot defend himself, and that the internet is forever.Blueface’s own position on Chrisean Rock’s son has moved more than once. He denied paternity, took a test on “Crazy in Love” that confirmed he is the father, embraced the boy, then denied paternity again this year and named Chrisean’s late ex Ronny Doe as the father instead. In August, he spent the night with Chrisean and Chrisean Jr. in San Diego while Nevaeh was days from her due date, then admitted on a livestream that he had been unfaithful. Nevaeh pulled a knife on him at her own baby shower two days before that.

Sadly there is def some isssues with that child. I saw him August 18th at LAX. He is still in a laydown stroller one would have an infant in. He is very very small, his head is small and his eyes are far apart. He seemed to only be able to move one arm. Breaks my heart.
