According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Broner is now facing a trespass charge tied to an incident at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, and the case has quietly worked its way through the system for more than two years before a judge recently signed off on a warrant for his arrest.
Per the Seminole Police Department report, officers were called to the casino property in April 2024 after Broner allegedly showed up despite a lifetime ban that had been issued against him in August 2023. The suit also names livestreamer Deen the Great and the platform Kick, accusing them of defamation and negligence tied to livestreamed footage connected to the alleged incidents.
Broner’s attorney has pushed back hard on Saint’s claims. The lawyer described the lawsuit as one-sided and full of unproven allegations, and said he was confident the facts and evidence would ultimately show the claims are without merit. The attorney added that Broner’s camp has grown accustomed to people “trying to get money or notoriety off of Adrien’s back.”
