Kenya Moore Hair Spa Seemingly Cleared Out on Video as Eviction Rumors Swirl

Kenya Moore’s Atlanta hair salon is facing serious financial pressure after a court ordered her company to pay nearly six figures in a dispute over unpaid rent and utilities.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, a Georgia judge directed Moore Vision Media, the company tied to the Real Housewives of Atlanta star, to pay $43,988 by late February and another $43,988.67 by late March, totaling $87,976. The order also requires the company to pay about $5,500 per month in rent unless the property is vacated.

The ruling stems from a lawsuit filed in October 2025 by Northland Chamblee LLC, the landlord of the Atlanta property where Kenya Moore Hair Spa operates. The landlord alleged that the business stopped paying rent in December 2024 and fell behind on both rent and utilities under the terms of the lease.

A couple of weeks after the judge issued the payment order, the landlord claimed Moore’s company failed to make the first required payment by the court deadline. As a result, the landlord demanded immediate possession of the property. The court has not yet ruled on that request.

Moore opened Kenya Moore Hair Spa in Atlanta in 2024. In response to the lawsuit, her company denied the allegations and argued that the landlord failed to complete the requested improvements to the property.

The case remains ongoing as both sides await the court’s next move.
