Lil Scrappy was not present at the ATL or New York premiere parties of Love & Hip Hop Atlanta and immediately there was a lot of speculation as to why. It was originally reported that Lil Scrappy had turned himself in to Atlanta Police for a legal issue but later we found out that is not the case. In fact, it’s the opposite. Scrappy is actually WANTED by Police.

Lil Scrappy is wanted by authorities in Atlanta because he’s refused to give them a sample of his urine.
The rapper was require to give up a urine test, an agreement made after he was arrested in 2008 for smoking weed.
The rapper gave the authorities urine that was cold to the touch, according to TMZ, and they suspect it was not his. The rapper refused to give them a sample in their presence and left.
The police now charge that he violated his probation and issued a warrant for his arrest.
So what do you do when you know you’re wanted by Atlanta Police? Head down to Texas, apparently. The photo below was taken of Lil Scrappy in a San Angelo, Texas hotel. I’m not sure why Scrappy would pose for photos knowing the police are looking for him but he’s not being the smartest rapper here. He already has to get his Love & Hip Hop Atlanta checks garnished over stupidity. Oh Scrappy!
