Across multiple seasons, the Atlanta OG treated reunion shoes like part of the conversation. Her heels were bold enough to compete with the gowns, the glam, and whatever was happening on the couch. Three pairs in particular still deserve a close-up: her Christian Louboutin “Isolde” sandals from Season 4, Giuseppe Zanotti’s collaboration with Kanye West, now known as Ye, from Season 7, and the watch heels she wore for Season 11.At the Season 4 reunion, NeNe stepped out in Christian Louboutin’s 20th anniversary “Isolde” sandals. With towering platforms, multiple buckled straps, crystals, spikes, and those unmistakable red soles, the shoes looked ready for a showdown. They suited a woman who knew the cameras would catch every detail.
The “Isolde” was already a luxury statement, reportedly priced at $3,995 when it was sold. The anniversary style has since become a collector’s find. One pre-owned pair is currently listed on eBay for $2,200, though an asking price does not tell us what a buyer will ultimately pay. More than a decade after that reunion aired, people are still shopping for the exact shoe NeNe put on television.
By the Season 7 reunion, NeNe had a whole new way to command attention. The cast followed an all-white dress code, and she arrived in a plunging Dolce & Gabbana power suit with Giuseppe Zanotti x Kanye West heels. The suit was sharp, but the shoes gave it that extra NeNe attitude. The collaboration’s sculptural wing detail made the sandals recognizable far beyond a standard designer label.
Those heels have a life on the resale market, too. A pair of white wing heels is listed on Poshmark for $1,000, while a silver metallic “Cruel Summer” pair is listed on eBay for $780. Color, size, and condition affect those prices, and neither listing establishes the value of NeNe’s own pair. What they do show is that shoppers still seek out the design years after she wore it to the reunion.
Then came Season 11, when NeNe turned a simple question into fashion: What time is it? She paired a sophisticated one-shoulder black gown with Giuseppe Zanotti’s watch heel sandals, identified in resale listings as the GZXCOWAN GZXCC style. Gold metal watches wrapped around the black sandals like straps, while the unusual heel construction made the shoes look as though they were defying gravity. NeNe called them her “watch out heels,” and the name fit.
NeNe’s Season 11 pair reportedly cost $2,495 at retail. The watch heel came from Zanotti’s collaboration with designer Christian Cowan, whose collection drew attention for its playful construction. The shoes were memorable because they gave viewers something to discover after the full-length reunion shot. One close-up, and suddenly the heels had their own storyline.
These styles are no longer ordinary current-season retail purchases. The prices available today are mostly secondhand listings, which can change and should not be confused with confirmed sales. A Poshmark page showing the watch heels at $9,999, for example, is explicitly a search result, not a pair available to buy at that price.
That staying power explains why NeNe became a reunion shoe staple. She chose heels with personalities of their own, then wore them during moments fans would revisit for years. The Isoldes brought drama, the winged Zanottis brought spectacle, and the watch heels brought a punchline only NeNe could deliver without saying another word.
