Druski and Diddy Catch Legal Break as Judge Drops Sexual Assault Lawsuit: “I Pray for the Real Victims”

Druski says the legal cloud hanging over his name has finally lifted after a judge dismissed a lawsuit he has repeatedly called baseless and damaging.

Federal court records dated December 16 show the lawsuit, first filed in October 2024 by Ashley Parham, was dismissed for failure to prosecute. According to the documents, the plaintiffs missed multiple court deadlines despite being warned several times that continued delays would result in dismissal.

In the order, United States District Judge Rita F. Lin addressed the plaintiffs’ inability to move the case forward, noting, “The barrier to obtaining counsel therefore does not appear to be Plaintiffs’ capacity to seek counsel, but the willingness of counsel to be retained in the matter. There is no indication that this barrier is likely to resolve.”

The dismissal was issued without prejudice, meaning the plaintiffs could refile the lawsuit if legal representation is secured and other requirements are met.

Following the ruling, Druski released a statement emphasizing evidence he says cleared his name early on.

“It was only a matter of time before this frivolous lawsuit against me was dismissed,” Druski said. “The evidence I submitted overwhelmingly showed that I was innocent. It proved I never knew this individual and was never even in the same state at the time of the alleged incident. From the beginning, I knew these disgusting lies would be exposed as nothing more than a malicious money grab.”

He also acknowledged those who supported him throughout the process and addressed the seriousness of assault allegations more broadly.

“Through it all, I’m truly grateful for the support of my family, friends, fans and business partners who stood by my side, even as these individuals attempted to destroy my reputation for greed. I pray for the real victims of assault. We can’t allow these clout-chasing antics to deter true survivors from coming forward and speaking out against their abusers in the future.”

Parham had accused Druski, Diddy, and Odell Beckham Jr. of involvement in a sexual assault she alleges occurred in California in 2018. All parties named in the suit have denied the claims. Beckham Jr. and Diddy have also been cleared.

Earlier reporting cited phone and banking records supporting Druski’s statement that he was living in Georgia at the time, without industry connections. A judge later ruled there was “no reasonable factual basis” linking Druski to the alleged incident.
