Quavo is tapping in for the controversial dating rumors surrounding his ex-girlfriend Saweetie and his label mate, Lil Baby.
There has been a lot of chatter about the alleged relationship between Saweetie and Lil Baby– from Lil Baby dropping 100k on Saweetie to Jayda Cheaves liking suspicious tweets to now Lil Baby confirming he is single. But Quavo took to his Instagram story to clear the air on whether he was bothered by it all.
In an IG story, Quavo said, “Ain’t trippin we can swap it out. #QCLabel”
Quality Control Music is an Atlanta-based record label that hosts both Lil Baby and The Migos, Quavo’s group. As far as we know, Quavo and Lil Baby have always been on good terms.
Quavo started his year on rocky terms with ex-girlfriend Saweetie following a massive social media frenzy. The hip-hop stars started their relationship back in 2018 and had been very public about the relationship. They even revealed how the relationship started all with an icy snowflake emoji in Instagram DMs.
This March marked the end of their 3-year relationship after Saweetie turned to Twitter to let the world know she is single. She made a tweet about Quavo’s alleged infidelity throughout their relationship.
She tweeted, “I’m single. I’ve endured too much betrayal and hurt behind the scenes for a false narrative to be circulating that degrades my character. Presents don’t band aid scars and the love isn’t real when the intimacy is given to other women.”

The “Straightenin” rapper then responded, “I know you want to make this into a show so I’ll play my part just this one time. I don’t normally put my business out there, especially my personal life. I feel the need to address this so there are no false narratives.”

Finally, their relationship then hit a hard rock after a video of a physical altercation in an elevator between the pair went viral. Both acknowledged it as a past part of their relationship that had happened over a year ago and that it wasn’t that one incident that had an effect on the ending of the relationship.
