Former Trump Chief Strategist Steve Bannon Warns Supporters: “If We Lose 2028, Some of Us Are Going to Prison” [Video]

Steve Bannon, the former strategist for Donald Trump and a major conservative voice, made some claims during a recent speech, warning his audience that if conservatives lose upcoming elections, “some of us are going to prison.”

Bannon told supporters, “If we lose the midterms and we lose 2028, some in this room are going to prison, myself included. They’re not going to stop.” He accused opponents of becoming “more radical” and urged his side to respond with “more action” and “more urgency.”

Bannon stressed the need to “codify” Trump’s executive orders and adopt what he called a “maximalist strategy” to secure power within government institutions. He emphasized that conservatives must “seize the institutions” and act quickly because “you’re never gonna have another Trump.”

Throughout the speech, Bannon referenced several Republican lawmakers, including Senator Josh Hawley, claiming that key figures within the conservative movement are preparing to back a more aggressive approach. The comments come as Bannon continues to face legal challenges, including previous contempt of Congress charges and other investigations. His warning about potential prison time is on track, considering the many laws he and his republican friends are breaking.

While his remarks drew applause from loyal supporters, they also reignited debates about the direction of the conservative movement and how far its leaders are willing to go to maintain political influence heading into the next major election cycle.
