On a recent episode of her podcast, “Heir Time,” Reginae sat down with Toie Ashanti, daughter of Rick Ross, to chop it up about what it was really like navigating their fathers‘ high-profile relationships. Instead of any drama or tension, Reginae kept it 100 about the genuine bonds she formed with the women in her dad’s world.

Reginae admitted she wasn’t just a bystander; she was actually a huge fan of the women Wayne dated over the years.

I was telling my friend the other day… how like I used to love Nivea,” Reginae shared while reminiscing on her childhood. “I begged for Niv to come to my party. Like I used to dress like Nivea for my party.” For Reginae, these weren’t just “girlfriends,” they were women she truly looked up to.

The list of influential women didn’t stop there. Reginae looked back fondly on eras featuring other major stars, such as Trina and Solange.

“Girl, I love Nivea. I love Trina. I love Solange… Yeah. He had a few. I love everybody,” she added.

Whether it was Wayne’s early 2000s engagement to Nivea or his mid-2000s relationship with Trina, Reginae saw it all firsthand and embraced the women who entered her life.
