Say what you want but Russell Wilson loves Ciara. He loves her so much that he has also accepted her son from a previous relationship as his own. No one should see fault in that, however some do. Fortunately, Russell and Ciara haven’t allowed the naysayers to drive a wedge in their happy union.
On Tuesday night, during an event for his Why Not You? Foundation, Russell spoke candidly about his love for Ciara and Baby Future, calling them his inspiration, and talking a bit about how it feels to be a step father.
“Being a step father is one of the most loving things you can do,” said Wilson. “You really learn how to love, ‘love.’ Especially, when he’s not yours, you know? You realize that every kid matters in this world. Every person, every child, every heart, every soul matters. That’s what I think about when I see her little son, every time I’m around her. When I’m not around her I always think about them too. They’re an inspiration.”
Russell appears to genuinely love Ciara and her son. I think we can all admit that.
