Cardi B and Tasha K are back in court again, and this time the rapper is reportedly done playing nice about that reduced settlement agreement. After years of lawsuits, bankruptcy filings, and nonstop internet tension, Cardi’s legal team is now asking a judge to let her collect the full nearly $4 million judgment against the controversial blogger following new comments tied to Offset. And according to several reports, the court is siding with Cardi.

According to court filings, Cardi’s attorneys claim Tasha K violated the non-disparagement terms connected to her bankruptcy repayment plan after discussing Offset’s alleged gambling habits during a livestream. While Cardi was never mentioned directly, her legal team argues the commentary clearly referenced her family and continued a pattern of indirect shots designed to generate clicks and revenue.
The latest clash adds another chapter to one of hip hop’s messiest legal battles. Back in 2019, Cardi sued Tasha K for defamation after the YouTuber spread false claims about the Bronx rapper on her platform, including allegations involving drug use, sexually transmitted infections, and prostitution. In 2022, a jury sided with Cardi and awarded her roughly $4 million in damages. Tasha later filed for bankruptcy, leading both sides to negotiate a repayment structure that reportedly lowered the immediate balance as long as she made payments and stopped discussing Cardi publicly.
Now that agreement could be collapsing.
Tasha recently addressed the situation herself during a livestream, admitting, “If you hear we lost, we lost the war,” before adding, “I’m used to losing… but I always overcome.”
Meanwhile, Cardi’s attorneys are also accusing Tasha’s legal team of citing a fake court case in recent filings, raising additional questions about how this legal fight is being handled behind the scenes.
