A night at the blackjack table turned tense for Offset after the rapper confronted casino employees in Paris while reportedly placing five-figure bets.

According to TMZ, video recorded at a casino on the Champs Élysées shows Offset becoming frustrated with employees because other patrons were allegedly being allowed to play in a position at the table that he considered his spot. The outlet reported that Offset said he was betting between $10,000 and $20,000 at a time during the session.
In the footage published by TMZ, Offset can be heard issuing a blunt warning as the disagreement escalates.
“Nobody touch my [expletive],” Offset says.
The rapper also complained about other gamblers playing his hands after he placed what he described as a “disposable card” on the table. Offset reportedly argued that the amount of money he was putting into the game should have resulted in different treatment from the casino staff.
Offset also claimed during the confrontation that he had already beaten the casino for roughly $200,000 and could have simply collected his winnings and walked away, according to TMZ. The outlet reported that there were conflicting accounts of how his night had actually gone, with talk that he suffered a significant loss while members of his entourage had reportedly said earlier that he was ahead by approximately $80,000.
The Paris incident carries additional significance because questions surrounding Offset gambling have followed the rapper throughout 2026. Offset became the subject of a lawsuit involving an alleged unpaid casino credit line. Detroit’s MotorCity Casino Hotel filed a lawsuit claiming Offset opened a $100,000 credit line in March 2024 so he could continue gambling. The casino alleged that it later attempted to collect the money from his bank account under their agreement but that the transaction failed because of insufficient funds.
The casino accused Offset of breach of contract, fraud, and other claims, according to Complex. A representative for the rapper did not publicly concede the allegations and instead said, “We are working toward a resolution.”
That lawsuit was not the first public example of Offset spending heavily inside a casino.
In February 2024, video showed Offset gambling at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood, Florida. Eyewitnesses claimed that he played cards for approximately two or three hours and was wagering an average of roughly $1,500 to $2,000 per hand.
Additional gambling-related allegations surfaced in April 2026 following an unrelated shooting outside that same Florida casino.
Former NFL star Dez Bryant publicly alleged that Offset owed him $8,000 and had contacted him hours before the shooting. Radio personality Ebro Darden had claimed Offset owed him $5,000 from a Super Bowl bet. Darden later apologized for making the remark while discussing the shooting and said he had not understood the seriousness of the circumstances at the time.
None of those allegations, however, establish that Offset has a gambling addiction.
That distinction became particularly important after online commentary began describing the rapper as having a gambling problem or addiction. In May, the subject even surfaced indirectly in Cardi B’s continuing legal battle with blogger Tasha K.
Cardi asked a bankruptcy court to punish Tasha K for allegedly violating a non-disparagement agreement by continuing to discuss Cardi and people associated with her. The filing specifically cited Tasha K’s comments about Offset’s alleged gambling and casino debt. Cardi complained in court documents that Tasha K had continued discussing Offset’s alleged gambling despite the agreement restricting negative commentary about Cardi and her associates.
Public speculation intensified after the MotorCity lawsuit became known, but Cardi pushed back on broader claims that financial trouble had defined their relationship.
Cardi responded in April to claims that she had secretly purchased luxury gifts for herself and pretended they came from Offset. She denied doing so and wrote, “There was no money problems when I was regulating.”
That response does not confirm or deny whether Offset has struggled personally with gambling. It does, however, undercut attempts to treat unverified social media claims about an addiction or financial collapse as established fact.
What is documented is a visible pattern of high-stakes gambling. Offset has been filmed wagering thousands of dollars per hand in Florida, faced a lawsuit over an alleged $100,000 casino credit line, been accused by acquaintances of owing money connected to bets, and has now been recorded arguing with employees during another expensive gambling session in Paris.
