Ray J is taking his legal fight with Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner to a whole new level.
The singer asserts that the SKIMS founder and her mother conspired with Vivid Entertainment to mislead the public through a “fraudulent defamation lawsuit.” In court documents obtained by TMZ on Saturday, Ray J stated, “To me, Kim and Kris have repeatedly engaged in a criminal enterprise and racketeering activity, violating RICO over and over again. I have no doubt about that.”
He is requesting a judge to dismiss the case against him, arguing that Kardashian and Jenner’s alleged wrongdoing surpasses the accusations previously directed at Sean “Diddy” Combs in his federal sex trafficking trial.
“Kim’s and Kris’ RICO violations are worse than any RICO violations that Diddy is accused of. Kim and Kris have repeatedly and obviously conducted racketeering activity for years, and no one has stopped them,” Ray J continued.
He also alleges the pair committed credit card fraud, generating an $850,000 bill against him and his family.
The saga began in October 2025 when Kardashian and Jenner filed a defamation suit following Ray J’s claims that he was working with federal authorities to build a RICO case against them. Ray J countersued in November, accusing the mother-daughter duo of orchestrating the leak of their 2007 sex tape.
He described their defamation suit as a move to punish and manipulate him, claiming he “no longer wants to play along with their tall tale.” Ray J maintains that the tape, filmed consensually in 2003, was released in 2006 with the agreement of Kardashian, Jenner, and Vivid Entertainment.
In addition, Ray J claims that Jenner, Kardashian, and Kanye West falsely accused him of sexual assault and alleged revenge porn on the Hulu series “Keeping Up With the Kardashians.”
After he responded legally through his attorney, Howard King, the parties reached a $6 million settlement that included a provision barring any further public mention of the tape.
Ray J now claims that the agreement was immediately violated by Kardashian, Jenner, West, and Kendall Jenner. He also alleges that Kardashian’s lawyers attempted to extort him following a 2024 podcast interview in which he discussed the tape.
With tensions still high, Ray J insists he was defrauded and is continuing to fight back against the Kardashian-Jenner empire, accusing them of repeated illegal activity and deceptive tactics.
